Terms

The short version: you approve your card before we make it, we deliver it with care, and we keep your link working.

About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from cartebitte.com or from CARTE in person, and when you use a CARTE profile page. By placing an order you agree to them.

After you order, your concierge confirms your details. For engraved and printed pieces, we send a design proof and only start making your piece once you approve it.
Please check names, titles, spelling and contact details carefully on your proof. We make exactly what you approve.
We may decline or cancel an order if a design infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law. If we do, any payment is refunded.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the card, your profile page and concierge care. There is no subscription.
Your order is made once your payment and your proof are confirmed. Cash on delivery is available in Phnom Penh.

Delivery times, fees, returns and lost-card replacements are explained on our Delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your card opens your CARTE profile page. You choose what it shows, and you can ask your concierge to change it at any time.
You are responsible for the information on your profile. Please don't use it for anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
We may switch off a card or profile that is used this way, or when you ask us to, for example if your card is lost.
We work hard to keep your profile online at all times, but like any online service it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

If something we make is faulty or not what you approved, we will put it right as described on the Delivery and returns page.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Cambodia.
