Delivery and returns

Every CARTE piece is made for you. Here is exactly how it reaches you, and what happens if something isn't right.

How your order is made

After you order, your concierge contacts you within a few minutes to confirm your details.
For engraved and printed pieces, you approve a design proof first. Nothing is made until you say yes.
Once your details are approved, your piece is made the same day.

Delivery in Cambodia

Phnom Penh: free delivery, usually 30 to 45 minutes once your piece is ready.
Provinces: next-day delivery by courier. The fee is small, up to $3, and your concierge confirms it before it ships.
Your profile page is set up and linked to your card before delivery, so it works the moment it arrives.

International delivery

Worldwide: usually 3 to 7 days from when your piece ships.
The delivery fee is up to $25, depending on the country. Your concierge confirms it before anything ships.
Orders shipped outside Cambodia may be charged import duty or VAT by your country. These are not included in the price and are paid to the carrier or customs.

Paying

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by ABA Pay or KHQR, bank transfer, card through a secure payment link, or cash on delivery in Phnom Penh.
When you pay by KHQR, the QR already contains the exact amount and your order number.

Returns and refunds

Personalised pieces are made for you, so they can't be returned once you have approved the proof.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you approved, tell your concierge within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.
To report a problem, email concierge@cartebitte.com with your order number and a photo if you can.

Lost or damaged cards

If you lose your card, tell your concierge. We switch it off in minutes, so nobody else can use your link.
Your profile keeps working on your replacement card with the same link. Black membership includes a free replacement if your card is ever lost or damaged.
